月曜社から刊行された『にっぽん劇場写真帖』復刻版の製版・印刷ディレクションは当社の髙柳昇プリンティングディレクターが担当いたしました。本編にもしばしば登場する髙柳PDですが、その仕事と個性強めのキャラクターについて、岩間監督が興味をひかれたそうで、なんと映像特典として本作姉妹ドキュメンタリー「印刷の神様—プリンティングディレクターTの仕事—」を制作いただきました！
